▸ Is BOXLEY priced per user or per truck?
Neither. Fleet plans are flat by fleet size with users included — Starter $79 (3 users), Growth $149 (5 users), Professional $249 (10 users). No surprise seat charges.
▸ What's included in each fleet plan?
The full BOXLEY software and dispatch-management platform — dispatch, load board, driver app, docs, and reporting. See pricing.
▸ What about active dispatch and other services?
Dispatch comes in three tiers, billed only when used: Dispatch Only (10%) if you bring your own MC, the Dispatch + MC Usage Bundle (15%), or Owner Operator Fleet Management (25% management fee) — full truck management that includes full Boxley Partner Portal access and lets Boxley place a driver in one of your trucks. All three tiers include Boxley Partner Portal access so you can manage your trucks. Factoring (~3% per invoice) and partner fuel cards are available standalone.
